I am a publicly-engaged scholar and passionate teacher committed to bringing the insights of sociology to the public. I have over 13 years of college teaching experience and have worked in both academic and applied settings.
My specializations include gender-based violence, inequality, ally activism, incarceration, and critical pedagogy. My other interests include visual sociology and documentary studies.
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology and Criminology at Meredith College.
